Was referred by my primary doctor to see this internist. First impression was there is something odd here that I can’t quite put my finger on. After seeing him the first time I don’t know what he said to my other doctors but I get the feeling it was something negative because I told him I would not take any Covid jabs. Was a waste of his time and mine. I won’t be seeing him again

When I went to this doctor originally, it was good because he had a practioner helping him. When I returned under BCBS, she was gone and I went in for an annual visit (2007) and he said I can save you money and do the Pap Smear too, GYN is a specialty doctor the copay is higher. I specifically said I have a GYN and an appt...no need. When he left and the nurse came in she said ok undress from the waist down. I said for what to draw blood? she said no he said you requested a pap smear. I said I specifically said NO. After that episode, I didn't feel comfortable. and when I had problems and needed a referrel he refused to provide one saying I need to see him although it was an existing issue and I had a doctor treating it...Wont refer to him or go back.

I had been going here for 5 years. At first it was great. Over the years it went down the tube. When medicines are prescribed, there is never an explaination of what side effects to expect, or when to come in and when to wait it out. Staff will not return calls when sick, or having a reaction to meds. Doctor leaves other patient records in exam room, can't remember treatment and/or instructions he gave on next visit. I have been to two other Dr.s GYN and ENT that asked about him and said "is he still WELLSTAR ? I had to quit WELLSTAR because I felt the patient and workload they expect of Dr's is too much and I did not feel I could do it safely or have a home life if I did. Wellstar also screws up billing really bad, almost every time, and will not call you to discuss it on phone, but wants to turn over to a bill collector a bill you already paid, or an incorrect bill. Even when you send proof of their error (reciept from Dr visit, copy of copay check, etc.) WELLSTAR may be to blame.

It is my personal opinion that this doctor is the most useless/inept/incompetent health care "professional" that I have ever encountered. This is at least 50% due to a staff that is unbelievably incompetent. They have: cost me my job by failing to provide promised documentation. Failed to provide doctor orderd referals (even with multiple phone calls), Rx's, tests, They seldom if ever return phone calls, but IF they do, the information has been either incorrect and/or outdated. Scheduling for me has been nonexistant with hour + waits the norm. Judging from A)the complaints I have heard from other patients every time I have been there, and B) The "behind the back" running commentary that the front office staff provides about the patients (e.g."did you har that? what was her problem"). In the 6 months I have seen this doctor he has failed to cure or even help anything I have seen him for. I am in considerably worst shape health wise and financialy than before I saw him.
