saw in er and didnt give me the time of day, did not listen and actually text while i was talking. i shut up completely and she said try this medicstiob you will be fine.

She was 2 hours late for our appt, took 5 phone calls in the first hour, then when I asked to leave because she was blatantly ignoring me, she threatened me with being put in the psych ward, asked questions that no matter the answer made me sound certifiable, and tried to put me on a pill regime that included multiple and shifting doses that were way too complicated for someone trying to get well. She should never be permitted to treat teenagers because she obviously prefers getting them on extremely addictive drugs that cause brain damage over time.

Terrible. I don't know how this woman retains her position as the main intake specialist in maple ridge hospital. When I was 16 I came there for help because I was on the verge of ending my life and she told my mom to kick me out of the house so I could pull myself up by my bootstraps. Had my mom done that I wouldn't be here today. It's been 13 years since then and I can't imagine the countless lives lost and affected due to her callousness and uncaring nature. This is a job that needs someone who has empathy. This woman doesn't know the meaning of the word.

waited 5 hrs in er to see this dr. gave me ten minutes and 2 prescriptions. i had a real problem and the medication i had a reaction. called the mental health number they said she would call me and didn't.
went back to emergency and saw dr benning he said i should nit have been given those medications in first place

rolled her eyes at my son, all she did was tun my son into a zombie with all the meds given. when i complained to her she increase dose. does not listen

The staff are very helpful and kind, but Dr. Dmitrieva was very dismissive and tried changing all of my medications immediately, she ignored me when I told her my body reacts strongly to medications and tried to put me on the max dose of Vyvanse. I told her I was diagnosed with depression, anxiety, and ADHD at the age of 9, I am now 24, and she didn't feel the need to confirm those diagnoses. Overall very rude and insinuated I should be going to FNHA, although they only offer services to folks with status.

She was useless. She did not listen to me and gave me drugs only. I asked for a call back as I had a serious reaction to her meds. No return call. Very disappointed
