Dr. Mitch Freeman has been my Family doctor for a number years now. Dr. Freeman gives nothing but quality care and really puts his patients first. For awhile It was hard for me to find a good doctor in this town, but I am glad I found Dr Freeman. Also the staff at Dr Freeman's office is the friendliest staff and they always have a smile on their face and even when you're feeling your worst they make you feel your best.

Dr. Freeman and the staff are remarkable. I have been to his office too sick to care about anything, and upon arriving they would have me in a bed and on my way to comfort. If I needed an EKG the doctor is able to provide one, No specialists or hospital visits. We call him "Mr.Wizard" because no matter how ill I feel or how much pain I am in, he can fix it. Also you feel like a part of his day not a patient he has to see. I recommend him to everyone who wants to be healthy and receive actual care and personalized treatment from a doctor.

Dr. Freeman is a keeper. To date the best family doctor I have been to by far. The quality care offered is exceptional! This is a Dr. that knows what he is doing and is available for his patients 24/7. It is difficult to find physicians like Dr. Freeman now a days.

best doctor I've ever had. he will take all the time that you feel you need to have your questions answered. he will sit you down and keep you there until you have raised all of your concerns, asked all of your questions, and made a plan for how to treat whatever you've seen him for. He is truly the best doctor I've ever had. (and I saw him today. 3 minute wait.)

While the staff and the Doc are very good in many areas the appointment time is not always kept. In once instance I had to wait over an hour to see the Doc past my appointment time. I know if I miss the appointment I am charged a fee. Other times is was 30 minutes past. The doc should understand the the patient has other appointments to keep as well. Maybe the patient should be paid for the Doc not keeping the appoint time. 15 minutes is Ok but an hour plus? I feel that the doc is looking out for my well being. He is one of the few who talks with his patients seeking how best to help them improve their health.

Dr. Freeman is a professional. I am impressed by the level of care he provides as well as the attention he focuses on follow-up where he refers one to another doctor. I feel more like a partner in my care and less like a traditional "patient". All of this takes place in a cordial, upbeat, friendly office setting which is what "customer service" is all about.
