Dr. Fernz is typical in that she seems to like to make people wait. Other than that I think she is terrific

This doctor is very intelligent, well educated, and really cares about her patients. However, her practice is increasing rapidly and she books far too many people in her office at one time. You have an appointment and you could be waiting two hours before you get out. She has added a PA who filled in for her vacation, but he did not respond to matters that required intervention such as very high blood sugar. If her practice continues to grow much more, she needs to add at least 2 more doctors so that there will be 3 doctors seeing patients. This doctor also tends to overreact by throwing major tests at you before testing basic things that could rule out your need for the major ct scan, mri, or terrible tests where you have to drink horrible liquids when things like ultrasound may be just as useful. This doctor is foreign-born and has an accent which may be difficult to communicate with her due to that and the speed at which she talks. She goes too fast and needs to slow down.
