Absolutely awful. Stay away at all costs. Diagnosed me with fibromyalgia over the phone after 5 minutes, told me that I NEEDED TO STOP LOOKING FOR HELP BECAUSE NOBODY WILL HELP ME AND TO LOSE WEIGHT. I have a herniated disc that requires surgery and a connective tissue disorder. Incompetent man.

He was horrific – just suggested another medication without actually offering any effective diagnosis. Sir, I don't want to be medicated without even knowing what's going on with me! Can't believe I waited months for this.

My mom is a patient of her. She has osteoporosis. He only takes phone call appointments. Even though my mom had done multiple tests there was no diagnosis of rheumatoid, he literally diagnosed rheumatoid on my mom on the stupid phone without any tests or examination which all the tests done afterwards denied his diagnosis. For her osteoporosis the results showed mutliple different therapies and he kept telling my mom doing the same thing over the few years even the bone density results show she can do other therapy methods since she is over 50 years old. A doctor cannot be worse than this ever. I hope he gets punished in life due to his incompetence to his patients. Useless as much as it can get, avoid this doctor

Very nice gentleman
Saw me promptly and asked detailed questions about the purpose of my visit and symptoms. After an examination he explained the situation and reassured me that there was no serious issues. He provided a note with details of his diagnosis and even a website to read about the diagnosed condition.

No one should ever trust this doctor. Diagnosed me sjogrens after a ten min phone call. I pushed for blood panel and showed no evidence of this auto immune. Put me on horrible meds for two months. TURNS OUT I DID NOT HAVE THIS. What I did have was Low testosterone and that was causing my symptoms. Once I received Testosterone all symptoms cleared. This man should have his license taken away.

He diagnosed a family member with lupus 13 years ago; he seemed very understanding and caring and we were relieved to finally have some answers as to what was happening to our family member. Our family member spoke highly of him and he really seemed genuine. However, our family member is now in and out of the hospital for a number of reasons and the hospital doctors keep linking the issues back to the lupus medicine. They reach out to him, but he refuses to cut doses. Dr. Verdejo doesn't even meet in person anymore, only follows up with phone calls and says to keep doing the same thing. If he had done an in person follow up, he would have caught that there was something wrong with our family member. Instead, a doctor assigned from the hospital is the one that caught it. That hospital doctor is also starting to think that our family member never had lupus to begin with. Or if they did, it has not been active for years and the medicine should have been cut off. All the unnecessary medicine Dr. Verdejo prescribed may have done more damage than help. Tests are still being run for our family member but if it does turn out that Dr. Verdejo didn't do his due diligence, you can bet the medical board will be hearing about this.

I wish I could give no stars. I saw this doctor years ago when I was in my late twenties with pain in many of my joints, forcing me off work. After a single interview and cursory examination, he misdiagnosed me with fibromyalgia and prescribed some antidepressants. He told me that many professional athletes suffer from this condition and I should just learn to live with the pain because if they can, why can’t I. After all, the pain is all in my head. At this point I was using a cane to walk because of the pain. I was denied medical coverage through work because his documentation of my diagnosis was insufficient and he refused to help provide them further information. Fast forward six months and several joints in my hands have fused. I asked my GP to refer me elsewhere as I had no confidence in his ability to treat me. It turns out I had rheumatoid arthritis and his failure to correctly identify it permanently cost me the function in two of my fingers and several other joints in my hands. I would highly advise avoiding or seeking a second opinion when you can.

I hate him. I can’t emphasize this enough. And hate is a strong word, I understand that. I was in extreme pain and after waiting for so long I finally got to talk to him - which resulted in him telling me women panic more about life and the pandemic and that I need to take some Advil. He didn’t listen to anything I said properly. He told me to just deal with it since it’s more so anxiety than real pain. I dealt with ‘it’ for 5 months. He wrote in his report to my gp that I need to manage stress. I had to pay $150,000 out of pocket in America to be taken seriously. Then I find out if he had done his Damn job when I talked to him then I wouldn’t be dealing with the irreversible damage I experienced while being treated like a joke by my gp based on his report. Horrible doctor. Do not see him.

Avoid this Doctor at all costs. He doesn't call at your appointment time, and doesn't see you in person. He gave an "official diagnosis" on my first appointment without seeing bloodwork or test results of psoriatic arthritis, and prescribed me prednisone, it made me SO SICK I was vomitting for weeks, and then on the second appointment he backtracked and said I don't have arthritis and it was a miscommunication. Which I find odd because he made me write it down and spelled it out for me and told me to research it. Tests didn't show what was wrong with me and he summed it up to me probably needing to lose a few pounds which felt like him throwing in the towel. I told him the vomitting and nausea already made me lose 10lbs and my condition is worsening not improving and he told me to lose more lol. He is reckless with prescriptions and mis-diagnosing patients without even seeing them in person AVOID HIM.

He does not see anybody any more. I tried to get an injection on my right hand with my Gps request sheet and the reception person told me he only does it only over the phone. This is very unprofessional.
I found an other Physician who does not injections over the phone
