Dr. Pearl is an orthopedic surgeon. I had suffered from chronic pain for almost four years. Then less than 36 hours after he performed a shoulder replacement, I was pain free! He is a kin and gentle man and a skilled surgeon whom I would unqualifiedly recommend.
