This was the worst dr experience i have ever had. Dr Aronson was my OB while i was pregnant and although i was told by a nurse that worked there not to be treated by her i decided to give her a chance. Again it was the worse experience. Since she has another practive she hardly paid attention to my needs. Was always quick to end the appointment (10 minutes) after waiting for nearly 30 minutes after my set appointment. The day before i gave birth the hospital called her to come see me (torrance memorial - next door) she decided to only give the instructions by phone. to all this my baby and i ended up in ICU. She was lazy to walk over even after i told her that my water broke. Never again will i go or recommend such a careless doctor. her staff where always having personal conversations and had poor manners constantly complaining about something.

I have been seeing Dr. Aronson since 1996 when I became pregnant with my now 13 and a half year old. Dr. Aronson delivered her, my third child, naturally. I had a natural birth with my first and a C-Section with my second (car accident). She did the necessary research to make sure the delivery would be safe (obtained my old records). Everything went smoothly and I have seen her ever since. Yes, she is often very busy which can come off as rushed. Most of my doctors are rushed! They must see a lot of patients, espeically if they choose to participate in an HMO, which these doctors do. I am thankful since I have an HMO. Her husband did an ultrasound on me, but I have never been forced to see him-ever. I find those stories to be highly suspicious. I also think the story about her pushing a C-Section sounds untrue. She has a strong personality and if you want to be heavily babied, then you might be dissatisfied. She can be short, but she does care. Being a doctor is tough!

I chose Dr Aronson as my OB for my first baby. They put me with the NP first, who neglected to tell me I had a yeast infection even though she wrote it on my chart (i found out when I got my records later) so I lived for three weeks with increasing pain until I finally saw my PCP who helped me. I only saw my PCP because when I went to Dr Aronson's office for my SECOND visit, the staff informed me that I would not see the dr, i would ONLY see the ultrasound tech. I explained I was in pain and had some serious concerns I needed to speak with the Dr about. After waiting for an hour and a half, someone went back to ask the NP if she would speak with me (they still wouldn't put me in with the dr.) and I could hear the NP screaming down the hall that i needed to sit down and be quiet. Thanks for nothing people. I found out I have a severe heart palpatation and I'm almost 4 months pregnant. Thankfully I found a new Dr. but it was like pulling teeth to get my medical records from this office.

The staff is great but Jodi Aronson the actual doctor is not. She is always in a rush, unprofessional, unethical, rude & basically only cares about making $$$ and neglects to care or get to know her patient. She is only in for it for the $$$ & not the patient's interest or care. On the otherhand her husband is a sweetheart & caring. I would go elsewhere & be treated like a patient & not a thing or a bank. Stay away from this doctor..

Straight out said I had cancer without taking any tests. Last doctor I went to told me I had fibroids, but she moved to another location so I chose Dr Aronson. What a huge mistake. My heart dropped and I started crying. She did nothing. I asked what I should do and she only said to talk to my family. She just walked out and didn't even tell me she was done until I went out to ask if she was. I've been stressing ever since. I made an appointment with another doctor. I don't even know why she chose to be a doctor if she doesn't even care for her patients.

My nickname for Dr. Aronson is "Kramer" because of the way she slides into the treatment room and slides back out while I'm still trying to have a conversation with her. In the 10 years that I've seen her, I have yet to have a conversation/consultation with her where my clothes are on and my feet aren't up in the stirups with my knees spread apart. I feel like she is knowledgeable (or I wouldn't keep going back)but has absolutely no "bedside manner."

wow a lot of stories sound like mine back in 2002. She delivered my baby. She was not punctual. I remembered she was going to be in a race or something and would chat on her cell phone about it during my extremely short and rushed doctor visits. The staff was rude. I over heard them talking about me in Spanish because I was presumably so young. (I was 21 at the time) The nurse practitioner laughed at me when I told her my last period had only lasted a few hours so I wasn't sure if that counted. It turns out it didn't bc I delivered almost a month early and I always felt farther along than they told me. The delivery was awful. She was there for a few minutes- my water had been broken for 17 hours. The nurse who was pregnant herself was extremely mean. I had vomited in my oxygen mask and she refused to change it. I switched drs the 2nd time but her husband helped w/my C-section. I recall he was rude and I guess bc he's Jewish complained about the hospital's x-mas music the whole time.

Dr. Aronson can be a bit rushed at times, but if I have a serious health issue, she has always taken it seriously. She performed surgery on me to remove fibroids. It was successful and she opted for the least invasive procedure to aid my recovery time. Both Dr. Aronson and Dr. Rosenthal helped me through a very difficult pregnancy with good results. I think she is very bright and medically competent.
