Dr Zachery was my paediatrician when I was a baby I never had any issues with her I have a baby of my own now and have been going to Dr Zachery because I trust her knowledge, she advised me that after 18 months of breastfeeding that my son will not eat solid food well nor absorb it she also told me that he will not sleep through the night and she was absolutely right, as soon as I stopped he started to eat and sleep better, with respects to waiting times I mean it’s a doctors office you are going to wait no matter what you just have to schedule your appointments according to that if you don’t like waiting in a doctors office then I suggest getting the earliest appointment also keep in mind it’s a doctors office the decor shouldn’t be your concern how she cares for your kid is what you are there for she is not there to parent or discipline your child if you don’t know how to control your child don’t get upset when the doctor that’s been working all day long to be patient with you and your child she is amazingly and so kind to my son but also keep in mind she’s a doctors she has to adhere to certain boundaries so if she’s not affectionate as you like her to be then I suggest you find another doctor and ask your self are you there for the doctors care and knowledge or her office decor and someone to parent your child, nobody gets upset for no reason ask yourself what you did before you judge someone.

Now the wait time is at least 4 hours... My baby was so exhausted by the time we left...

Very disrespectful.. And the waiting time is at least 2 hours.. ! Wish there was a " 0 "star..

0 punctuality. we have to wait for almost 1 and half hour even after schedule appointment. Same advice everytime. Handling one issue at a time. hardly spending 5-10 minute for any of our question. Would not suggest or recommend.

If there is less then 1 star I would of put. Terrible doctor unprofessional staff and so aggressive with kids. I don’t recommend.

This Dr needs to learn a lot, how to deal with kids she is a pediatrician, She needs to upgrade her office, its so dull with dated paintings, she starts to yell if kids make noise, she says you dont have to come to see me if you cant control your kids, her secretary is so soft spoken, understands and tries to accommodate every one , even gives same day appointments ,always gets back to us when we leave message... the only reason many of us visit her.
