Dr. Szostak’s bedside manor hmmm! Had a penile implant 8/17 pictures were shown of implant.

It was not installed correctly, was told of some shrinkage was not told more than 40% shrinkage original size 9L x 7.5 circum. Now 7L x 5 circum. The pumps connecting hose is halfway down the shaft leaving even less length. Had sex and the pump was very uncomfortable for my partner. Dr. When asked about the install ( response that is how it’s made ) no alternatives no concern by Dr. Szostak about my situation . In fact I did not even see/talk to him the day of the surgery or the day after in recovery. I would not recommend him. If you want to save your dignity. Find an alternative

If you happen to need a urologist, is the doctor to visit. His staff is kind; but more importantly Dr. Szostak is kind, very knowledgeable, and takes his time to hear the patient out and works with the patient to route the best course of action. I have found it difficult to find good doctors in Florida over the years that we've been here; he is a rare find.

Have seen Dr Szostak for the past 6 yrs. He is professional and very caring with a strong desire to keep up with the latest techniques, procedures, and knowledge in his field. He treats the person as an individual----not just a number. His ethics and treatment plans are individualized with a special caring that cannot be acquired through books!

Very knowledgable and takes the time to listen and explain options. He is the third urologist I have been to for chronic uti issues. The only one who got my chronic uti's under control. I would definitely recommend him.

After living with a low level of prostate cancer for a four years I decided to change my life and direction. I contacted both Dr. Klein and Dr. Szostak to review my options and deciced to have robotic prostate surgery on June 22, 2012. I could not have made a better choice. Both doctors are top surgeons in urology and the best in Pinellas County, Florida. I truly believe they saved my life!

He knows his stuff and is very smart. His personality is cold and aloof. You have to pull information from him about your condition. I'm changing Docs.

Dr. Szostak is a good Dr. and has a good staff. They react right away if you are having a problem. He is very nice and has a great bedside manner. I have gone to him for 3 years for IC and have no complaints. Also, they just moved into a really nice new office.

I had a medical problem that had me going from urologist to gyno and back again many times. No one could figure out the problem. This went on for over a year. After one visit with Dr. Szostak, he diagnosed me, fixed it and I have never had another problem with it again.
