The secretary is extremely rude. I don't understand why Dr Sauder stands for this type of behavior. If you don't like working with the public, get a different job.

I have had surgery on my right hand it was quick and amazing His staff are great on the phones and very good at there job. Thank you very much for the great care.

I see from what has been posted about his staff is so true. I called and all I got was ATTITUDE from the receptionist. She should be FIRED!! Or better yet if you don't like or enjoy your job, QUIT!!! Maybe you are in the wrong industry!!!

He was very informative of my situation. I went to his as a second opinion and I am ever so glad I did. He did surgery on my left wrist. Prior to that surgery I had been in constant pain for 2 years and after surgery pain free and still am. I would highly recommend him.

Dr Sauder was fantastic.
Not only did he make me feel so comfortable, he was able to finally fix the mess another surgeon made of my scaphoid.

Staff is AWFUL! you try to call and in the first 2 seconds you get ATTITUDE.
She needs Fired without a doubt in my mind. How does such a poor excuse of a human get a job in public relations?

Dr.Sauder was fantastic, after being misdiagnosed by 2 other physicians I was sent to an orthopedic surgeon in medicine hat who was in awe that I had a broken wrist for 6 months, he said he did not feel comfortable with doing the surgery so he referred me to Dr.Sauder while we were still in the appointment. It was a couple month wait after my consult for the surgery but I'm glad I want to Dr.Sauder, he is the best of the best, he answered my questions regarding the surgery and aftercare, he had a game plan and got me in and out of surgery in 2 hours. I received a Checkup call from the nurse at the clinic the next day to make sure everything was OK and if I had any questions that needed to be answered. Overall very happy with the experience.
