DR. brown seems to have disappeared w/out a trace. It left his seizure control patients high and dry. He did do a good job of transitioning me from one med to another safer one.

I'm not sure if Dr. Brown knows what he is doing at all. He told my primary Doctor that he ran a test that he actually didn't. When I later asked to speak to him to get the results of my MRI, he wouldn't even see me since the imaging center reported no abnormalities. Isn't that what you pay a neurologist to look at? So, my symptoms continue and I won't be going back to him any time soon.

I too have severe migraines. Doctor Brown prescribed nothing for migraines. I am pleased to hear he helped the young boy with migraines to mother's satisfaction. I have addressed migraines with my family doctor, he prescribed meds that help. But I have an excellent family doctor.

I took my son to Dr Brown several yrs ago for migraine headaches. I found Dr Brown to be knowledgeable. He prescribed helpful preventative meds and meds if he still gets a migraine. The preventive meds have all but eliminated the headaches. Our primary care physicians oversees the medication at this point but I would not hesitate to go back to Dr. Brown. We were on vacation and my son got one of the worst migraines he ever had...we were still trying to get the right meds for his problem and I didnt know what to do when nothing seemed to work. I called Dr. Brown that evening, leaving a message with his service. He called back immediately. I explained the problem. He told us what to do, when it would be adviseable to go to the ER...His advise worked and we avoided a trip to an out of town ER. He even called back that evening and in the morning to check on my son.

Not impressed at all. I was told that my MS symptoms could be caused from use of prescribed pain Rx despite the fact that I ONLY consumed approx 30 pain pills over a 5 year period when in dire need. MS Symptoms began in 2000...my previous family Doc prescribed Rx in 2001 due to severe pain that landed me in wheel chair. It's now 2006...the Rx is old & 27 pills remain untouched. Strange I am not seeking pain pills, I am seeking proper diagnosis as to why I am 100% symptomatic of MS but yet the spots on my brain that show on my MRI don’t look the same as other MS patients. I just want my life back and do not know how to proceed if I cannot get diagnosis. I personally restore some quality of life as I moved 1500 miles to a warmer climate. No longer in the wheel chair but can only stand for 20 - 40 minutes at a time & only be on my feet approximately 3-4 hour per day...Barely enough to time per day take care of myself, my family & my home. Other than that I am still pretty much house bound unless I take out wheel chair & get pushed around shop, attend activities, go to child’s PT confere
