I thought Dr. Bunning was very professional. He explained in detail what was happening. And he made me less stressed out about the surgery he was performing. I would recommend his services to anyone in need.

Quote from "Doctor" Bunning during my visit: "I'm askign myself whether I should be a smartass or not." Unprofessional. He was supposed to run a culture on my sample and when I called to check on it I discovered he decided not to. No explanation. He just decided to "little lady" me and that I didn't really have a problem despite the high level of leukocytes in my urine and the presence of blood in my urine.

From the first time I saw Dr Bunning and his staff they have been very professional. Dr Bunning makes you feel very relaxed, he has treated me, preformed surgery on me and I could not ask for any better results. I highly recommend Dr Bunning and thank him for a job well done.

Dr. Bunning was very professional, personable and caring. He explained everything in detail about what my diagnosis was, the surgery I was going to have, what was going to partake and the pain that could be involved. He showed that he cared and was willing to help me get better. He answered each and every question I had. The day of the surgery, he was the same, I felt very comfortable with him and have told everyone I know about my experience. I have never felt so comfortable with any doctor before. It was a great relief to have a wonderful experience despite my diagnosis. I will recommend to anyone who needs to see a urologist to go to him.

He was great! Very professional, explained the diagnosis, the procedure, the treatment. I'm sorry the first woman had that uncomfortable situation. Maybe he thought he was making her feel at home, but instead made her think he thought she was stupid, a stereotype and unsafe. I'm glad that didn't happen to me.

Dr Bunning was very professional and friendly and did a thorough exam. He explained the exam he was going to do and then his findings. He was very down to earth. His front desk person was a little abrupt, though.

Dr. Bunning was very unprofessional in his manner. He used slang language while conducting the new patient interview, which I found ofensive because I believe he was speaking to me that way because I am an African American woman. He kept using the term "girl" and "girl you are killing me" when I answered his questions. During the interview, he told me that I should drink half of my body weight in water and when I got up to leave the room when the visit was over he insisted that I tell him what half of my body weight was and would not let me out of the door. I told him that I understood how much water that he suggested I drink, but he still would not let me pass. I told him that I have taught elementary school for seven years and I am a Vice Principal I know what half or 175 is. His response was "How am I supposed to know that? You don't what kind of people that come in this office. He should treat all patients with respect and professionalism regardless.
