Dr. javier is very knowedgeable,a commpasionate with his patients.(he is always busy he should have an assistent that will help the long wait and more flexible hours Dr javier sometimes takes patients in the morning. he is usualy not available after 1pm.it is Frustrating, not to be able to see him, and the appoiments are so far to schudle.. other then that once he sees you he takes his time to hear you. Thanks
