I had my first experience with Dr. Jacob 2 weeks ago. She did a good job of explaining diagnoses and was very courteous. I had some lab work done, and Dr. Jacob called me on my cell phone with the results the next day. The staff at the reception desk generally seem annoyed that you are there but I think the actual doctor-patient experience was very good.
