We have be patients for over 20 years and brought in our 5 weeks old Great Niece who had a neonatal tooth that was very loose and causing her pain. Dr Adam was very informative and gave us all of the available options and his recommendations. The removal procedure was done in under 2 minutes and baby fell fast sleep right after. Awesome experience with Dr Adam and his staff as always!!

I have a lot of problems with my mouth. I saw 3 dentists and got 3 different opinions. Dr. Adam explained to me every thing in a way I can understand and he is the most reasonably priced. I will have my extensive work done by him.

I have been with Smile Care Dental since 2016. Generally everything was OK until this year. I do not know what has happened with this place, why the customer service and dental care level went so down. The problem with them started when I got really bad infection in my molar tooth. Because it was Friday evening I had to book appointment on Saturday with the only one doctor who works there on Saturdays. I went for an appointment, paid for an X-ray, check-up ($78) and I was told that the pain was due to gums sensitivity. On Saturday evening I was dying from the pain and on Sunday I called the different dental office in Cambridge to book emergency appointment. The doctor that I saw there after taking x-ray and doing check up had no doubts that I had really bad infection, gave me antibiotic and advised that root canal was required. $128 cost of emergency visit at the other dental office due to lack of competency at Smile Dental. But I do not know why, I decided to give a second chance Smile Care Dental and book root canal with them. I sent an e-mail to them to book the appointment but they did not bother to come back to me. After second strong e-mail they called me and their receptionist started lying to me and the owner that they contacted me to get a copy of the x-ray done by the other dental office. After the very unpleasant conversation with the receptionist I finally was able to talk to the owner and we finally booked my surgery. Because it was hard to book appointment with dr. Adam I decided also the same day to book my daughter’s check – up with him. The day of my surgery everything went well, I had root canal done and some other thing that were according to doctor necessary to save my tooth. Total cost 2.5K. I decided to pay so much money because I really trusted my doctor but after what has happened next I am not sure that it was the right decision. After my surgery, my daughter had her check up done. Dr Adam checked all her teeth, advised about better cleaning. I and my husband were both presented during the check-up. Three weeks later my daughter was booked for the cleaning. My husband took her to Smile Care Dental and waiting in the reception area while the hygienist was doing her job. How surprised I was when I got my insurance statement and I noticed that they charged my insurance for the cleaning and again for another check –up. I contacted Smile Care Dental and started questioning it because there is completely no sense in doing check –up every three weeks. My daughter is 6 years old and nobody asked my husband for permission to do another check-up, I wonder how they did it, if they did it. They were talking to 6 year old kid about her oral health (it must have been a comedy, not a check-up) because nobody even called my husband to the room where she had a cleaning done. For all my questions regarding this charge I got ignoring and completely not adequate answers from the receptionist. I was surprised that my insurance processed the claims for 2 check-ups within 3 weeks period, but Smile care dental used a nice trick. They used 2 different dental codes to charge my insurance, 1 for something called special check-up, and another one for regular check-up. After this my family decided to completely resign from their services. We completely do not trust them anymore. It is incredible that they preferred to lose 3 patients in exchange for $33 questionable charged. How greedy are they? They are more focused on your insurance than your health.
