I was sent to Dr.von Bun several years back because I have an IGG Deficiency and my primary care physician wanted to make sure nothing else was going on. Had lab work done while at her office (blood drawn ) . I was called about a week and a half later and told my results were in and to bring someone with me. In my mind this couldn't have been good news . My daughter and I after waiting for some time was called back and greeted by Dr.von Bun & an associate. .She looked straight at me and I quote "Ms.Rosen I'm so sorry but you have small cell cancer and have 6 months or less to live". My daughter was crying, I was in shock, and after a week of trying to process the information, I called her office back and went in she retested my blood and after another waiting period was called back into her office to be told there had been a mistake made. I didn't have small cell cancer or any type of cancer. No apologies were given to me or my family for the torment and mental and emotional anxiety she put us through. I wouldn't trust this doctor or her opinions nor her staff. What a horrible thing to say to someone and then renig and say oops there was a mistake made and wouldn't give an explanation for why. Make matters worse no apologies. Thank God I didn't and don't have cancer. I believe she is not fit to be in the medical profession . I would not send my worst enemy to her. Pennie Rosen

Dr. von Bun and her staff were all very friendly and caring. They seem to really care about everyone and they laugh with you. She treats you as family. She answers questions and explains things. I highly recommend her.

Waited almost 90 minutes for doctor to enter exam room. Felt like I was being grilled as to why I was there. Wouldn't have gone had I not been referred by my primary care physician.

Also hematologist. Very helpful, caring and truly listens to her patients. Staff in office are generally very caring and good at their jobs. Does not just treat symptoms, actually tries to find out what is wrong and solve that issue.
