Dr. RICHARD ROGACHEFSKY was extremely rude and condescending to the paid that I expressed; he was dismissive and rude. Health disparities in healthcare amongst minorities can and does affect treated of certain races.
Dr. Rogachefsky is a clear example of how implicit bias affects minorities and services’ received. I have never felt so invalidated by a “doctor”, whose unwillingness to listen and address my issues, only to become combative and mean having me
leave with no resolve.
He told me not to come back and I heard him loud and clear.
The front staff (NOT THE DOCTOR) was friendly and the office was clean.

Compassionate, thorough and knowledgeable. He spent a lot of time examining me and discussing the issue; he seemed to genuinely care about me.

He was supposed to remove a troublesome screw from my knee. This "routine surgery" ended up with too much anesthesia dispensed (general, mind you), and removal of the WRONG SCREW since complications were run into with the painful one. He closed my leg up without every consulting my mother with whether to continue or not (I was a minor at the time), making the entire procedure worthless.

I think he is great. My dad recently broke his wrist and Dr. Rogachefsky helped him a great deal by doing surgery. Very professional and compassionate.

Did not take my injury seriously. Thought the MRI report was "exaggerating the injury".
