My doctors visit with Dr. Sasha Rustic was not productive. I was discriminated against by the color of my skin when he asked what nationality I was upon meeting me. He did not review my chart before coming into the room to reevaluate me and therefore had no medical knowledge of my injury. When I addressed my concerns of not receiving therapy for over 4 months he talked over me and belittled me and frequently pointed out that I am on workers compensation. He kept assuring me he has x amount of experience with workers comp and no one takes workers comp for a reason. He did not like the fact that I was advocating for myself. He refused to address my concerns and failed to provide patient care and stormed out of the room. He scheduled my next visit with a PA because he refuses to be my provider. It has been 4 months since my injury and I have not recovered to go back to work. He has caused me great emotional distress in addition to my injury. This continues to affect me physically, mentally and financially.

Dr Ristic is amazing! He spent so much time with me to ensure that all my questions were answered. Really efficient, on point, respectful, great personality. I like being able to have a dr who is always willing to listen and give me input.

Dr Ristic has done multiple surgeries on myself snd my husband ,he is excellent not only did I get full
mobility you cannot even see my scar

I had carpal tunnel surgery last year with Dr. Ristic. I’m happy to say my experience was a good one. He explained everything to me and listened to me. When I came for my follow up he was actually interested in how I was doing.

a shattered wrist and a broken tibia. I had no idea of the extent of the damage to my arm initially, but Dr. Ristic explained that I had a shattered wrist and a broken radius and that there may be some residue problems as a result. Dr. Ristic used a piece to hold my shattered wrist together and I'm happy to report that more than 2 years later, everything is still going well!

He is a skilled surgeon, but gives the impression that patients are a nuisance. Doesn't answer questions unless you are insistent. In and out without giving patient time to think. The entire OADC practice has terrible communication with patients and reputedly wth ther medical professionals, although some of their MDs are caring people. Ristoc is not.

My son had surgery for a ganglionic cyst. This doctor is very knowledgable and good at what he does. However, after the surgery he did not come out to tell me of my sons update. Instead he went on to another surgery. I had to force myself to the nurse station to demand an answer. He had finished with my son and placed in post op without any update to us. I found that to be careless. The surgery went fine but we didn't know until much later. He is hurried and has a big ego. I still think he's a good doctor, but only on a medical level, not on personal care level.

He has balls calling himself a Doctor! He's rude, disregarded the pain I have on both hands. I wouldn't bring my worst enemy to see him. He sucks!
