Thos dentist ran my credit information without my knowledge or permission. I didn't fimd out until i received a dental credit card in the mail.I also had to pay out of pocket for a simple polish because the dentist indicated he could not do a complete cleaning until my insurance was verified. When I receive my insurance bill in the mail it show that he charge me for a complete cleaning and prophylactic work that was never done,this is the worst dentist I've ever been to, when I called him to ask about it he hung up on me and would not talk

I heard about this doctor on advertising on radio. I decided to give him a chance and was very pleased. He took out my wisdom tooth and I barely felt anything.

My favorite thing about Dr Dounel is he makes sure it's pain free and comfortable through the whole procedure! I was having horrible tooth pain, and my friend referred me to New Smile Dental, she told me how caring the staff was and knowledgable Dr Dounel is. In a short time he really rescued my mouth, and fixed my teeth! Highly recommended!!

What a beautiful facility???? Everything is digital. They put a camera in my mouth and showed me everything. I was very impressed by knowledge and most importantly, I felt that I could trust him.
