I messed up whenever I was commenting about Dr Ike I meant it for another doctor. Doctor Ike is a good doctor and he does everything in his power to help he's truly a caregiver and goes out of his way to treat you like a person and he's helped me for almost 25 years and I've had a bumpy road I'm very sorry about the review I wrote for Dr Ike and his staff sorry he's a real worthwhile doctor

In a post COVID world that is fraught with perpetually dropping service levels in every industry, Dr Ike’s star shines bright. He is as caring as they come. He is authentic, attentive, and provides a level of genuine empathy towards his patients that is second to none, and is nearly impossible to find in the industry today. He is a terrific Dr and a wonderful person. If I could give him ten stars I would. - LS

Wait times are improving and paperwork is getting less, but staff still openly discuss patients in a loud voice with doors wide open. Any copays that you pay at the door do not get properly credited to your account. Normally see the nurse practiioner and not the Dr himself. Dr. Ike is very helpful and goes out of his way to make sure your medication is correct and refilled when needed. Overall, this office has improved over the years. but still needs staff training in privacy and confidentiality.

Very good doctor. Gets people in who have emergency need in, even when they don't have an appointment. Sometimes wait can be long, but for a good Doctor I will take it. Dr Ike is a great doctor.

Dr Ike has been an awesome Doctor to me for over 8 years. He cares about you as a person, and asks about your welfare and your family and your general health. He has gotten me into a better place in my life, through my many ups and downs.
The staff check my blood pressure and drug screens every visit. Dr Ike gives me good advise about my physical and emotional health. The intake process may sometimes be long , but the wait time has dramatically improved since he hired new Nurse Practitioners. Some patients get mad because Dr Ike has recently instructed the Nurse practitioners to reduce Xanax and other controlled medications, but this is not his fault - it is because of the new Opiod epidemic, and regulations. Dr Ike will pause the Benzo reduction if your stress level goes up. I can always make appointment in the evenings to see Dr Ike in person since he only does Telepsychaitry in the morning hours. I love Dr Ike. He is a Wonderful Doctor and a caring human being. THE BEST.

I could write a book. This man pulled me out of the darkness that had encompassed my entire being. I saw him every week , sometimes twice a week. He has never been put off by me being so desperate, at times. It took some time to get the correct medications and the right dosages, but after eight years of Drs treating me for the wrong diagnoses, it was/is a blessing for someone who cared enough to truly listen and evaluate my personal situation. I am now on way less medications than others had me on that were obviously working. Three suicide attempts later... He cares and takes as much time as needed for each and every one of us. Those who are complaining should know that he is there all hours until every patient gets the help they need. So, if he runs over the appointment time...keep in mind that he may be saving someone's life. And your personalized care is next. He saved mine. I've lost track of how many years I have been with him. One visit cannot be enough to give the Dr. a negative review. His Wed. night groups are very insightful.

Dr Ike is a very kind and very caring doctor. Sometimes his easygoing nature and Christian leanings gets misconstrued and taken advantage of from a cultural perspective. Dr Ike genuinely listens to your problems and you can tell that he genuinely cares. Dr Ike is the bestest in his field. Dr Ike treats me like family. He even remembers my dogs name and my children's names and always wants to know how they are doing. EXCELLENT DOCTOR!

The most incompetent Dr I've ever seen. I've seen well over 30+ psychiatrists, and this dude has zero clue. He has posters and mugs that he sells with quotes like "I BELIEVE IN ANGELS!" literally everywhere. His waiting room (in which you will spend a MINIMUM of 90+ minutes in) is the most unpleasant time you will ever spend. PTSD WARNING: His TV "program" contains people screaming at unacceptable volumes. You WILL hear "In the ghetto" 3 times in a row. Dr Ike's practice is an absolute joke. I've experienced patients waiting right beside me screaming about Percocet. No joke. And if you get to experience 'telepsychiatry'...oh boy, you're in for a treat. Have fun yelling at his assistant's phone for 30 seconds while he completely ignores every word you say, and ends up prescribing you whatever he was just paid to push on you. Dr. Ike is the most incompetent and underqualified psychiatrist I've ever dealt with. Avoid him at all costs.
