I was impressed by Dr Bromley's communication skills he listened very intently to my answers to his questions maintaining eye contact instead of looking down at notes or pad as some do - he explained his diagnosis of my condition very clearly as well as giving me instructions for treatment and asked if I had any questions about anything he had gone over. I left the ER feeling very relieved and calmer about my outcome.

I saw Dr. Brinkley in the foothills emergency department. After a night of frustration being told I could not get spinal surgery ,because of the backlog from COVID. I am in debilitating pain and require surgery. Dr. Bromley was a breath of fresh air and took the time to give me a thorough explanation of my options. He gave me an option to try a new type of pain treatment , that so far has worked very well. Other than my own personal physician, this is the kindest most compassionate doctor I have ever met. I am 60 and have had several surgeries in the past. I have a fair bit of experience with doctors.
A big shout out to to the nurses in the emergency room as well. The doctors and nurses have been placed in an untenable situation and my hat goes off to them. Great job Dr. Bromley.

Terrible experience with Dr. Bromley. Hope to never see him in the ER at the Children's Hospital again, I will ask for another Dr.

This Doctor is amazing with children and considerate of all aspects of care. He had an incredible bedside manner, and was thoughtful in his explanations and considerations of approaching care from a standpoint of ensuring my daughter would not be afraid of Doctors in the future. His parting words were: "You were very brave. Do you know what brave is? Brave is being very afraid, but doing something that you need to do even though you are scared."

I rate Dr. Bromely highly in all of the areas above, not because he himself knew everything or had all the answers, but because he did not let me leave without consulting all of the departments he felt he needed to in order to feel comfortable with me walking out the door. To me this shows that he can put his ego aside and that if he couldn't provide the best medical care or answers, that he was going to search out the person/resource that could. Dr. Bromley came across as incredibly kind and attentive, patient, and like the others have noted, a great bedside manner. I felt as though he listened and his demeanor helped me feel safe in a potentially scary situation. It was a refreshing experience to the "revolving door" feel that so often accompanies seeing doctors these days. Big thanks.

Met him at the childrens hosptial emergency room. Very approachable. Extremely good bedside manner. Introduced himself as Mark. Was great with our two year old son. Engaged with him in order to get desired behaviors. Made us feel at ease after expressing our concerns about our son.
