Dr. Heitmeyer was professional and actually personally followed up on my appointment via e-mail. E-mail is always a nice option for people who work during business hours. Great experience with the doctor (although I was less impressed with the staff) I had to wait 45 minutes to be seen - seemed the office staff was new and didn't have their processes down yet.
