The day of my appt they called to confirm & tell me there credit card machine wasn’t working ; I needed to pay cash or check for my co pay. My appt was at 3:15 and I arrived at 2:41 bld had no name of dr , office was a Conf rm w a long table w a young girl dresses in t shirt and jeans w horrible hair; when she saw me looking around she asked me if I was here to see dr Jasper, I said ,yes. She told me to sign in , fill out paperwork , I asked where ? She said in the hall.” I could hear the dr conversation w old patient ; she was very short , impatient and rude talking to her . When the old woman answered the question going into more explanation Dr Jasper said,” ya ya ya we need to move on.”” She did this repeatedly . I thought wow this is crazy!!!! Then the reception girl became to talk to me while she sat in her chair in the office , instead of getting up and coming into the hall. She said, told me My co pay is $40, I got up and went into the office rm with my paperwork & realized I needed change for a $100 bill . She told me I would have to go to the store and get change before the dr can see me . At this point it was 3:31 and the dr was still talking to this patient ; now I heard her talking about where she recommends dr to go to eye dr , massage therapist, best makeup and cosmetic surgies . I could hear everything !!!! I said I had drive far and wasn’t familiar w the area and didn’t see anything around other than offices & asked if dr could make an exception for today cuz of the machine not working ? She said the dr would not ..... then the dr walked thru hallway , never even made eye contact w me . The girl shut the dr to the office and googled store near by and told me there was a place 5 mins away and I was the last patient , they would wait for me . I said , I’d like to talk to the dr and ask her . Girl went into room and came out saying the dr said u have to pay today before she will see you. So I went outside and realized I had $40 cash . I went rt back in and told the girl I had $40 , handed it to her and I said , I believe my appt was for 3:15 , it’s 3:45 ? She said no your appt is for 3:30 . I said no it is 3:15 , she asked if I filled out paperwork I pointed to them in table , yes . Then she took paperwork into back rm w the dr , girl came back asking me what I seeing the dr for ? I said, thyroid and metabolism . She went black talked to Dr and went into room w the table , dr walked By me in the hallway very fast w an angry , upset , look on her face , never looked at me again. Her hair was a Mess , she looked like she rolled out of bed . She was On edge!!!!
I smiled at her and she ignored me .
Girl came out w $49 in her hand and said , the dr said because you have caused such a ruckus she will not see you. I said , what? I caused a ruckus ? When , what way? Girl repeated herself , shrug her shoulders and looked at the $40 in her hand to hand it to me. I left . I read these other reviews before I went or booked my appt , I thought these may not be true, I will go to her anyway . But now that this happened I feel confirmed to write warning others to spare them from the same or worse experience happening to them . I drive 30mins , waited 3 wks for appt, took off work, really need to see a dr for my thyroid problem ; Dr have a higher standard than other occupations ; when u go see a dr you have a health problem , this was absolutely ridiculous and frankly Disgusting for a Dr to treat a person in this fashion. I think maybe she is Busy do to high demand and low demand of dr in this field. I’m thankful I didn’t see Dr Jasper , she did me a favor. However she is far from The Title of A Doctor !!!!!! I believe this happened so I can warn others

The staff were very unprofessional and she was rude and nasty...even within appointment had to wait over an hour or so to be seen.

Truly disturbing ....she made several medical errors as well as repeatedly ordering inappropriate tests as well as not ordering important tests that needed to be done. She never even felt my thyroid for serious thyroid issues. Her follow up was full of medical mistakes and not done incorrectly, including lab orders and timing. I see many physicians and have never had such horrific care medically in addition to shocking rudeness, arrogance and nastiness.

Let me start by saying that I am a larger person and since has caused many hormonal imbalances causing me to see Dr. Jasper. The Waite was horrendously long for about 10 minutes of time. Then when I was weighed and put in a room I overheard her and two other people saying how it's embarrassing to be that big and that they were posting a tweet about me being the largest person they've seen, which to be honest I'm nowhere near 400 but still yes I'm big, I get it. But to have your employees joke about a patient in the next room with the door open is a joke. It's completely disrespectful and wrong. Needless to say I will NEVER return. It's been about 6 months since I've gone and I still had such a horrible experience that I don't want to even talk about it with people. They do have a great person who draws blood, probably the best I've seen. But still a horrible experience.

I was suppose to be a new pt. I called Saturday and was told to come in on Monday. She came late like a bat out of HE doule hockey sticks, asking her secretary guy who is this person and saying who acheduled her talking about me then she approached me like a wild woman asking who scheduled me, she told me that I would have to wait after the scheduled patients then after 10 minutes her secretary told me I wold have to reschedule after I waited almost an hour, this doctor won't ever have to worry about being bothered my me again with her rude self, I felt very uncomfortable in that office, this is how she treats new patients.

She is very knowledgeable but isn't as professional as I expected her to be. The wait was phenomenal, I waited well over an hour to be called in and then spent maybe 20 minutes with her in the exam room. I felt uncomfortable in the waiting room. I had to call multiple times to get my results from cat scans and labs from them. I was told I would be called back, that never happened so I proceeded going to the hospital myself and getting a copy of the cd and results from them. I am writing this while waiting to be seen for the second time and after this I will not be back. She definitely knew what she was doing but the experience I got out of it is driving me away...

I walked in as a woman was telling telling the front desk that she had waited an hour past her appointment time and just couldn't wait anymore, she was leaving. Finally when it was my turn she told me I had a medical condition that I do not have because she misread my test results. She was also very unprofessional and made me wait while she discussed ways to get more patients because she currently see 20 a day and want 30 a day. She asked me the same questions 5 times because she said she wanted to see if I would change my answers.

Very kind and helpful, I don't know what everyone is talking about. But she does tend to run late.
