Dr. Badman has an exquisite bedside manner. He was very attentive to my concerns and very thorough in all details of my case. His communication skills were excellent. I would definitely recommend him as your family doctor!

After almost 20 years you'd think Badman would at least know your name. You could go in his office with a broken leg and he'd give you a prescription for Zolof for your depression. He has no idea what you're there for or the last time. " you missed your appointment" I was in the hospital and called you three times. OH, well then we won't' charge you for it. He's been three weeks trying to get a prescription right and hasn't yet. His staff--------I'll give him a message-------what a waste. I'm fed up with him.

Dr. James Badman
Palms Springs Family Care
631 Palm Springs Dr Ste 101
Altamonte Springs, FL 32701

I contacted the office of Dr. James Badman, Palms Springs Family Care in Altamonte Springs, FL to schedule my yearly physical that is covered by my Health Care Plan. I contacted the office again ten days prior to my appointment to request a prescription for the yearly lab work in advance of my appointment, they refused. The office had two (2) opportunities to disclose to me that I would not be having my annual exam on my appointment date, but they did not. Upon arrival at the office, they requested a $30.00 co-payment. When I advised that my annual exam was covered 100%, they then told me that I was at the “pre-appointment” and that my physical would be scheduled today for another date. I would have NEVER agreed to this! I took ½ day off work and now I have to find a reputable Doctor who is not going to try to extort $30.00 from me and show complete disregard for my time. I also believe they planned to try to schedule another appointment to discuss my lab work and try to get another $30.00 from me. I have a health condition that treatment will be delayed while I find another doctor. This doctor cares nothing about his patient’s health and well-being, he only cares about much money he can get out of people.

My wife and I have had James Badman as a doctor for as long as he has had his practice in Altamonte . My wife now goes to Alicia Wolfe and they get along fantastic. I love Dr. Badman. I am now 72 and do find him sometimes reticent but sometimes so am I. It seems the more I ask questions and talk, the more he does the same.

I have been with Dr. Badman for years. I did have to leave for a short time due to changing insurance but went back to him as soon as I could. Dr. Badman has always been willing to give me the time that is needed and listens to me about my problems or if I have read something that might help me. Whenever he has had to refer me to a specialist it has been a very good doctor. He did have problems with his office staff for a while but seems to have a decent group now. He went with Florida Hospital Group and I think that caused some problems till it was settled. However, he was still a great doctor during that time. I would tell anyone if they want a doctor that cares about you, will make time for you, and knows what he is doing to go to Dr. Badman.

We fired each other, Dr. Murry was great. Every time I go to my appointment the front office has changed, seems to be a problem. I lost confidence in him, so I am moving on.

I don't understand the bad comments. Been seeing Dr. Badman since he took over practice years ago. I'm 78 and starting to have issues. Have always been impressed with his kind manner , thoroughness and knowledge. Would not hesitate to recommend him.

Dr Badman doesn't respond to patient's questions. He doesn't explain details of tests and treatment he prescribes. He treats patient in a condescending manner.

Have gone to Dr Badman for years. Phone service is a nightmare. Always on hold. 5-20 minutes! Prescriptions are terribly managed and this office does not believe in a call back. You must do your own follow- up. Appointment wait time can be 35 min. to 60 min. before being called into inner waiting room. There you can wait up to 30 minutes more. Dr Badman is pleasant, knows his drugs to diagnose but can not run his business efficiently. Moved on.
