I would like to split the feedback between doctor and clinical staff: 1 - The first appointment with Dr. Blauer made online and the SSG procedure at the clinic was all fine. The vaginal ultrasound made at the clinic with a female doctor that I do not remember the name was also good. 2 - The clinical staff experience was not too good. I missed having somebody explaining to me what I will be doing and where I will go during the clinic visits. I felt pretty lost, not knowing where to go or all the exams that were going to be made in the visit. After the initial ultrasound, I was simply left in the room and had to go back to the reception to ask about next steps, and they also did not know what to inform me. I had to go ask in the central isle inside the clinic, where there is a lot of people sitting and I had to wait for them to discuss and find out what I should do and direct me to the blood work part. I had similar communication problems in my second visit among the reception and the central isle people.

The staff is wonderful they deserve a 100/100 they have always been so welcoming. They remember me and always make sure I understand everything before I leave. Dr. Blauer on the other hand is alright... Id give him a rating of a 5. He is not very personable. Never really asks how you are doing, any concerns you may have. He literally made me feel like a huge inconvenience my last visit. I was already having a hard time as I was miscarrying. My husband had a lot of questions and the way he spoke with him, he sounded so annoyed that he had to review our chart and go over things with us. Like he was rushing through it all. I have interacted with Dr. Heiner more and he is never made me feel like I was wasting his time or I was just another body he had to treat. Even his clinical team was caring.

Dr. Blauer was very friendly and personable. I had to wait because he was running late but he and the staff were very apologetic which does not happen in all doctors offices. I could tell they valued my time and wanted to make sure that each patient received the proper amount of time.

I started this journey years ago. I have seen multiple doctors over the years. While professional and positive, I feel I have become better acquainted with the nurses and office staff. Through every crisis and concern they have been there. Infertility is scary and painful. These ladies have seen me at my best and worse and did not shy away from any of it. Thank you!

The attitude of the billing department could use some drastic improvement. Other than that, I have loved the other staff members.

We have done pretty much the same thing for 4 months and it has not been working so why not do somethung different..

We understand and empathize with these comments. To some, fertility care can, by its very nature, feel like a slow and frustrating process. That said, we rejoice with our patients when they find success. We are happy to collaborate and discuss any concerns or question patients may have. It is extremely hard to get in contact with any of the clinical staff. I call the nurses line about 10 times and then give up and call a receptionist and have them transfer be back. Even then it takes about 3 calls to reach someone. I have left messages for the nurses in the past and they do not get back to me. There are 2 nurses who are great at communicating and letting us know what to expect. The rest are rather cold and uninformative. Dr Blauer is good.
