I loved this doctor and he came highly rated, but his front office staff is another matter. I was a no show to an appt due to an illness, and then after a job change and no insurance information I called (more than 24 hours ahead of time) to postpone my appt explaining that I didn't have an insurance card yet; they said OK and we rescheduled 2 weeks later. Same thing happened since I hadn't recv'd my insurance card yet and was told no problem. A few days later I got a call telling me I was in violation of their "Appointment Compliance Policy" and that Dr. Klickovich could no longer see me. I was aghast at the news as well as why they hadn't warned me that this could happen if I had to postpone another appt. When I asked why they didn't warn me I was told, in no uncertain terms, that it wasn't their responsibility to monitory my appointments, and was then told in a very eloquent manner, "It Is What It Is" and then the office clerk hung up on me. I'm absolutely stunned over this...

I had read a little about this doctor before my appointment. From what information that was available about him on the internet, i found his credentials to be quite impressive. And after the initial consultation, I'm even more impressed. Truly proffessional staff in every way, from the time you enter, until you leave. Didn't feel at all rushed through and felt that every question I had was answered in way easily understood. I have never been to a clinic that put this much time and effort into the finest of details to customize a treatment plan and gave me the confidence and hope that it could work.
