Dr. Balu is the most caring person I have ever come across in the medical community. There is nothing she wouldn't do to help you and she takes a personal interest in all of her patients. Unfortunately, since she can't say no to anyone, the wait to see her is terrible. I have sat waiting in her office for over 2 hours before. There isn't anyone like her though.
