Very professional office! These people really care!

This has been my primary doctor but it has been years since I've been able to see him. Trying to get a phone call through is maddening. Calls are either never answered at the main switchboard or get dropped before reaching his office. If the call ever makes it through, you can only leave a voice message for the nurse. They might return your call in a day or so. This time they said they'd send a referral for a necessary specialist, then didn't, and it took days to get the response to learn it still hasn't been sent. The phone system is so horrid I went there in person to provide requested materials and still couldn't get help. Very poor communication. Very unresponsive and unhelpful. What other business could continue with such poor responsiveness? But it's not like it's an urgent and potentially life and death matter -- oh, wait, yes it is.
