They never are on time. I wait at least a half hr or more. The receptionists are rude and their hours never seem to match what is posted. They take forever and get annoyed if you dont leave right away and have to wait for something. Im a nurse aa I would NEVER make someone feel as awful as they do to me. They mostly seem to have elderly people in the office and dont know how to handle making an appointment dor someone with a work schedule! Needless to say, I'm looking for a new physicians office.

I recently went in for my appt. I was having horrible pains in my stomach and almost neon yellow pee. After waiting for over a 1/2 hour I finally saw the nurse practitioner. She was very distracted. Another nurse kept coming in and interrupting us. I told her my symptoms and she sent me home with a lab slip and antibiotics for a uti. 2 days later I was in the er being admitted for a gallbladder attack and had to have my gallbladder removed. This is a very busy office and because of this I will not be going back

The doctor is very good. However his staff is horrendous! They constantly see you late, yet if you arrive more than 10-15 minutes late yourself they tell you to reschedule. The office manager is the most uncooperative person I have ever dealt with in a professional setting. I recently left them because of this.

Front desk can be rude and they never have time to answer if you call them on the phone. However there is one woman there (lisa) who can make the experience great. It's ashame the rest of them are burnt out from dealing with customers.

This office is filled with kind loving people, and the doctors are the very best. The second comment obv. has no idea what he/she is talking about and is most likely one of those patients that walk into the office and think that the whole office should stop in their tracks and do what ever it is that they want.

Most of the staff is very nice there are a few who dont know what there doing or care about the patient. One particular old nurse there thinks she knows everything and acts like the doctor, she can be quite rude. The doctors/nurse practioner are great!!!

The staff is very rude and unorganized. They are always overbooked and you wait forever. You are charged for every little thing imaginable ie,prescription refill slips, referrels.
