DR Jain was extremely rude and unethical, with a lack of basic manners and decency. He’s made it quite clear that he doesn’t actually care about his patients.

Excellent staff and dr. I was seen at Washington hospital for my heart and was recommended to see Dr Jain for a follow up in his office.

I wish I can give him zero. My parents saw him a few years ago and the only thing he kept asking them to do is angiogram and angioplasty where he makes lots of money. He will maximize number of patients within his clinic hours and prescribes what the pharmaceutical sale reps offer him which seems to make him quite profitable...

Five days After my Grand Rapids, MI cardiologist dismissed chest pains as heartburn, I was in Fremont on a business trip when the pains returned. ER doctors found no evidence of heart attack but they admitted me for further tests, which Dr. Ash supervised. During tests I coded - 95% blocked LAD artery (the "widow-maker"...). 20 minutes later Dr. Ash found the blockage and inserted a stent. He was very informative through the entire process, and when I was in Recovery he called my family back home to let them know what happened, prognosis, etc. Follow-up visit in his office 3 days later - the place was packed& somewhat chaotic but I was called within 15 minutes of arrival. Again, Dr. Ash patiently answered all of my questions and wished me well at the end of the visit. I wouldn't hesitate a bit to be in his care again if the situation ever warranted it again.

Terrible in communicating to patients. Very snobbish and no interest to spend time with me to ensure I understand my health condition including diagnosis of health problem, treatment and prescription information. He is ready to leave the exam room as soon as he comes in, like a bullet train. He seems very busy with pharmaceutical sale reps and clinical studies. That makes me concern the medications he prescribes are truly needed for my own health condition or for his other purpose. Even though I give him 3 for Knowledge, I am not sure how knowledgeable he is since I can never get enough information. I guess he is snobbish because he is the head at Washington Hospital, Fremont. Horrible...I need to switch to another cardiologist and also not to use the same hospital.

I was not impressed with my last 2 visits with dr Jain, I went to him because i have had neck pain for the last few months, i realize he's a cardiologist but i thought he might recond something, he said nothing about it, no suggestions, Dr Jain is all about quantity not quality time he gives to his patients

Dr. Jain took care of my father for 10 years, doing everything on him from heart caths to caths of the blood vessels in his legs. One of those procedures went horribly wrong, my dad bled out a tremendous amount of blood. He had a cardiac arrest and ended up in the intensive care unit for a month. Dr Jain never came to visit him, but sent other doctors in. He also refused requests for family meetings and never explained to us what happened. My dad died on the day of his wedding anniversary. Dr. Jain never reached out to us in all that time. After 10 years, I think Dr. Jain was all about the money and not the patient.
