However good Dr Brunson may be as a physician, his office admin staff is a nightmare. Its shocking how rude and unprofessional they are.

If I could give a zero for this practice I would. This practice lies. is all about money and, holds prescriptions hostage unless you sign their pain management agreement even if your medicine is not pain medicine. The Agreement gives them the right to disclose your records with any physician, law enforcement and your family without your consent because signing it actually gives them the consent to disclose records. The medicine I take is not a pain management medicine, yet I was told by the nurse practitioner that it is the law and if I didn't sign it, then I couldn't have the script. After a call to OCR (office of Civil Rights) It is not the law unless there is a statute on the paperwork, when my spouse and I questioned the office manager she didn't know what law or statute it was and changed her wording saying it's an "Office policy". They never disclosed this to me prior to my office visit or else I would have not made an appt and I consider this entrapment for them to obtain more money since now I have to pay the bill. I have seen this practice break HIPAA while talking out in the front room with another patient about a condition. They are all about the money. A while ago I was found to have levels with my blood incorrect and after testing, they said that a office procedure with medicine had to be done to fix the levels. After I had the procedure done, they discovered it didn't affect the levels as much, then Dr Brunson did the procedure again, and gave more medicine for it but the medicine didn’t last and they wanted to do it again, I had at the same time a sleep test done and found out that this was the cause of the blood levels being affected. Yet they still wanted to keep injecting me with medicine instead of finding out what is wrong. Like I said, all about money! Office staff is rude and incompetent, Like the other patient said RUN! and don't look back unless you want to waste your time.

I'm not sure what some of the other reviewers expect of a practice in this day and age, but my goal for seeing a doctor is to be as healthy as I possibly can. My experience with this office has been nothing by good. I went in over weight, rising A1C, high cholesterol and blood pressure and within less than a year, everything is starting to get closer to what is considered normal. I see their nutritionist, Amie, and she has been great in helping me understand what eating well is all about in addition to getting insight into myself and what causes me to gain weight. Thanks to this staff, I feel like I am finally working in the right direction for the health and wellness we all desire. I would recommend them to anyone. Your health is your responsibility and if you aren't willing to work at it and follow directives, then you will never see the positive results.

Staff is unfriendly and seeing a PA in lieu of doctor is not a solution I want. PA wrote prescription for a medication that was wrong - pharmacist saw this and recommended to find a new doctor. Wait time in room on average is 45 minutes but don't be late or dare miss an appoint. If you miss they will charge you. Agree with other comment, you can never see Dr, Brunson when you are an established patient. Theme in the office is not patient care - very bottom line for their pockets.

The management of this office leaves a great deal to be desired and you'll never see the doctor after your initial visit.

Dr. Brunson is the best dr I have ever visited. I have a complex medical history and he always takes extra time to make sure we cover everything in the visit. If i'm sick, I can always get a same day appointment with one of his two great Nurse practitioners. He has a beautiful office with an X-ray machine and physical therapy on site. Front office staff is always very helpful, especially when it comes to insurance and billing issues. Highly recommend this office to anyone reading this!

I have found over 15 yrs that Dr Brunson and his staff are superb. They return calls within 24 hrs. The on line portal they have is great as I can view blood work and other records. Dr Brunson responds to all questions in detail. If he's not there, someone else responds. I trust my life with Dr Brunson and have referred well over 20 people to him who feel the same way, as he consistently takes his time listening and giving options. He knows when to refer me to a specialist, which recently occurred, and was perfectly timed as it identified a blood disorder that was treated and got under control. I bombard Dr Brunson with questions, and "Internet Self-diagnosing" that I have a habit of doing. He never gets annoyed at my presenting internet info, and actually welcomes it. Negative comments about the staff in my opinion, are not true. Despite being a busy office and always come through.

I have been a patient of Dr. Brunson for several years. Recently, I was having knee and leg pain. When I went to see him, Dr. Brunson examined me and suggested a cortisone shot as a treatment. I expressed my concern about getting a cortisone shot and negative things that I have heard about it. He listened to my concerns and gave me medication instead. When I was still having pain and went back, he ordered some further testing to pinpoint what was wrong. I found out that I had a torn meniscus. His recommendation was to get the cortisone shot. I was very nervous about it, but I agreed to get the shot. On the day that I had the appointment, I asked many questions. Dr. Brunson answered each question even though he knew that I was stalling. When he was going to give me the shot, he made sure that I was comfortable. I have to say that he was exactly right and I haven't had any pain for several months now. His entire staff has always been friendly to my husband and I.

I met with Melissa for a physical and the whole experience was great. I had very little wait time, she was very attentive to my needs, and she took the time to thoroughly answer all of my questions. I will definitely recommend the office to my friends and family.
