Dr Banerjee is knowledgeable and professional. He and his staff treat patients with dignity and respect. The office is very clean, spacious and has ample parking.

Absolutely terrible receptionist. They do not answer calls and they do not respond to messages. They also do not fulfil patient requests after agreeing to do so. I would avoid at all costs.

Dr. Banerjee, were you aware your receptionist sits on her phone while it is ringing and messages waiting? She was literally playing on her phone! Are you aware and don’t care? I really had respect for this doctor but the fact he has such reception baffles me and it is concerning he actually approves of such behaviour. Perhaps he has something going on the side with the receptionist since she is able to get away with such behaviour.

wonderful doctor. he was great with my 4 year old, made him feel comfortable and talked to him so nicely. also made me feel less anxious, was very thorough with his explanations and his plan for next steps for my son.

Please don’t go to this ENT, he actually makes things worse, trust me. I experienced it myself and I am still working with other doctors to fix what he messed up! :(

STAY AWAY. He burned a crater in my tongue during my tonsillectomy. It caused worse pain than having my tonsils out. I was left with no feeling in that part of my tongue. He said it would come back which it never did. Over 12 years and it is still numb.

Professional, caring and reassuring. We highly recommend dr. Banerjee. He has never been too busy to answer questions and his follow-up care is wonderful. Danielle is so amazing . They are both caring and helpful . Danielle is delightful, efficient and made us feel at ease right away.

I had an appoinment beginning of June..it is almost.september..still waiting to hear about an MRI near left ear..and how to proceed...have called..numerous times..left messages...even called.the hearing aid lady
How long does it take to get a response to just know if they have sent the request to GRH..not kool

Dr Banerjee is such a calm, kind, patient & compassionate specialist. He has put tubes in both my kids ears & every time was very reassuring before & after procedure. He takes the time to explain things & gives you time to ask questions. Would highly recommend him to anyone. Wait times, in office, can be a little long, but we don't mind because he cares about his patients & it shows.
