prescribed wrong medicine to patient, nurse gave patient 2nd flu shot when not needed when patient had just had flu shot two months earlier in the same office.

Nice, but not very helpful doctor. She pretty much sends you home saying "I'm not sure, but let me know if it gets worse". We've played that game a few times. you pretty much have to do your own research and "suggest" she orders tests of the condition you think you might have. she will do them though. However, how safe can it be as a patient to be self diagnosing?

I have always found Dr. Burns to be willing to listen to my issues. She is very good about approving referrals to specialists.

Have not found her to be helpful with pain or restless legs. Seems I have to do all the research.
