I had suffered from low back pain for many years and was a regular at the chiropractor's office. When I herniated a disc and no other options helped, it was recommended I see Dr. Girasole. He studied my MRI very thoroughly and actually found another issue that was missed in the initial report by the radiologist. I had a 2 level fusion and another procedure done in November 2019. I am feeling so much better than I could have imagined. Dr. Girasole is an excellent surgeon with great bedside manner and empathy. His staff is also wonderful and told me what to expect from insurance to recovery. I highly recommend this team if you have severe back pain or herniated discs.

After suffering for so many years , I decided to consult with a orthopedic surgeon to view my options . My condition turned out to be far worst than , I imagined , surgery was my only option . Yes , I was skeptical and very concerned , because the operation consist of cervical fusion removing the front part of cervical 3 or C-3 , the operation was preformed February 22 , 2019 . Now here almost 9 months later with a recovery of almost 100% . So , I really recommend OMS of Trumbull CT. .

I highly recommend Dr. Girasole. My vertebrae collapsed, and I couldn't walk without pain. After the operation, which was major, I was walking the next day. I'm now walking free from pain, and function normally with every day tasks. He took the time to answer any questions or concerns I had, before and after the surgery. A great doctor!

Dr. Girasole is an amazing doc I would recommend him to any one..... He was very patient and understanding when I went in for my lower back pain. He made sure I understood every term he was using. If i had to choose him all over again i would with no questions ask.....thank you and your team

He's rude & in a hurry like he's working a conveyer belt and doesn't let you explain your situation(s) because he's sure he already knows it. Perhaps I caught him on a bad day.
