Great care! Dr. really knows what he's doing! Dr. Flanagan explained my issue to me and then took steps to quickly treat my problem.

******** BEWARE********I would not have anyone I know go to this doctor. He spent no time with my father. Did not answer questions. Because he didn't order any tests or give any meds my father ended up having to go to the ER over the weekend to get help. His staff is no better giving excuses and not having anyone return calls. This doctor is terrible and I would not have a loved one go to him for any reason.

I would not recommend this doctor or office. Left me waiting for a long time, staff didn't know what they were doing. The entire time I was waiting I could hear them cutting up outside the door. I could hear the doctor in the exam room next to me, heard everything he said and did to the patients in there, several came and went while I waited, they would be embarrassed to know what I heard. After waiting for almost 45 minutes he spent a total of 3 minutes with me. Gave no diagnosis, wrote a prescription and left, when I followed after him and tried to tell him I couldn't take one of them he said not to worry about it. When I went to fill it I noticed he didn't even have my name correct, not just spelled wrong, but wrong. Absolute worse doctors visit I've ever had. Go elsewhere.

Dr. Flannagan was straight to the point and answered all my questions and concerns without beating around the bush. I appreciate his straightforwardness and honesty. He was very thorough and obviously knows his speciality quite well.

DO NOT GO! Neither Dr. Flanagan, his nurse, nor his administrative staff will give your case the attention it deserves. Despite months of requests, they can't complete simple tasks such as supplying reports, reviewing critical information from other doctors, or even returning phone calls. I have never been so insulted in my life! Shame on them for their lack of professionalism, negligence, and dishonesty. I wouldn't recommend this practice to even my worst enemy...what a waste of time and money!

What an Excellent physician. This entire office staff is great and very compassionate to the patients needs. This doctor saved my life. Without the talent that God has so richly blessed him with I would not be here today. Thank you so much
