Never around , the staff is shxxty slow and rude . Make an appointment just to wait over an hr to get in . I can’t stand this place

It is time for Dr Chapple to retire, Now there 3 times a week.. Wednesdays, Thursdays Fridays. However she calls in and cancels.. Either just nor coming in, sick, or gone on holidays. Dr Chapple's Nurse Bonnie left 2 years ago when DR. Ndeke left, shortly after the other staff member who had been with Dr Chapple also left to work for Dr Ndeke.. Dr Chapple was a very good Dr. in her younger years . Now in her late 70's she slowing down and should be taking the time to enjoy Retirement. However, I have seen Dr's come.. Like Dr Ndeke... You ask if they are going to stay and the answer is yes.. A year or less later as soon as they have built up the numbers of patients they also take off with NO...notice to their patients.. This has become the norm and is totally unacceptable.... If it weren't for us patients.. They would not have a job. Treat patents with common courtesy, thoughtfulness and the same respect shown to you.. I have little trust in Dr's today. The majority can't be bothered to check you over, do the tests. They had you a prescription instead..

A complete waste of time, will not listen to you, asked them to check my ear, have been running a fever for over a week, checks my throat and tries to convince me its allergies. Dont know how or why they are a practising doctor and I'd say the WORST I've ever had.

I find her one of the worst. She never listened with full attention, she rushed through everything and worse, i should of sued, was when i was anemiac and had bv i got no call and found out from other dr when those conditions worsened. She shouldn't be a dr.

Bring a Family member or Friend with you!

She thinks being a Doctor means you can take a day (or week/month) off whenever you want and you don't ever have to call your patients to tell them you won't be there for the appointment.

She has given my mother the wrong prescription or old prescriptions multiple times. Also, she could possibly killing people by not referring all of her patients to specialists when she is asked to. I googled her name because my mother has been waiting over 3 years to see multiple specialists and we have not received even 1 phone call from any specialist.

We are at the point that we need to get another doctor because we think she is not sending the referrals to the specialists. After reading the complaint right before mine I also had to complain. She is possibly killing people by not referring them to specialists when they need them. I would give a ZERO START if I could.

She is not taking care of my Mother at all. She is not there when my mother makes an appointment which screws everything up because she takes the Disability Bus to her appointments and when the Dr. is not there she ends up going without medication for days.

I decided that I need to go with her to make sure things are being done right. While we were waiting in the room I heard her tell one of her patients that their pain must be in their head. When she finally came in the room it was just ridiculous. She was very rude and clearly has NO EMPATHY towards her cripple patients.. We will not be seeing her anymore in the future. If you do see her bring a friend or a relative every time! Also record your whole appointment. It is seriously so bad that you will need to for your own safety.

I finally changed Doctors. Waited 2 years for a referral, called the clinic the other day and no referral to a spinal surgeon was ever done. tried to get into review results of bone scan ,as well as, stress test and ultrasound of heart. Doctor is never there. always on holidays.
she use to be good and followed up on concerns. she now does not care. had all important info transferred to a new doctor

Waited over two hours to get into my scheduled appointment with her which was merely a “pre-physical” appointment. I had been fasting to get bloodwork done and had checked with reception multiple times to see if I could get in. I even asked if I could go to a dynacare to get the bloodwork done but they said no, he doctor had to indicate what she wanted ordered first. Finally I let them know I was going to leave as I needed to eat and they got me into the lab to get the bloodwork which apparently they could have done all along (they messed up). Finally getting into see the doctor she let me know I didn’t need to fast to do the bloodwork and she didn’t see any reason I should get a physical done (it’s been 5 years since a physical or PAP and I’m 26). Complete waste of my time and I will be changing doctors

Terrible bedside manner. Would not recommend going to this doctor with any serious health concerns as this was honestly the worst bedside manner from any doctor I've ever received.

The best! She may make you wait a bit but she is worth it. Trustworthy, knowledgeable & good natured.
