Forgetful about writing changes in records. changes dosage of meds and does not tell you, you find out when you go to have pres filled. has forgot to write info in records and then has to be remonded. i feel he does not listen when i am telling him things going on in body.i walk like he says and excercise like he says,legs give out and i fall frequently, he does not seem that this is important. he can be rude at times about health issues, talks to me like i am lying, but is nice when i have family members with me.
