He is the BEST! He has ALL qualities of a GOOD, PROFESSIONAL Health-Care Provider could have. He always take time to do the test, never in a rush. He always gives good-detailed, but easy-understanding explanation with his patience. There are a lot of people working for Dr.Chen, that's making the waiting-line moving forward fast, and every staff is very nice.
