OFFICE STAFF WAS RUDE and REFUSED TO ANSWER MY QUESTIONS. I didn't actually see Dr. Via, just a P.A.. But, the office staff is quite rude and doesn't seem to care about the patient. There is much more I could write, but it is a legal (or illegal) issue, so I won't. I wouldn't recommend this doctor's office to ANYONE
