Rude, condescending and did not know what he was doing. I have had the same procedure done by countless doctors and they all pretty much do it the same. This doctor is the exception in a bad way. The only one to leave permanent scarring.

I find that the office staff are not friendly or commpasionate at check in they are very short with all patients, as I sit and wait I relized it was not just me that they were impatient with, this however this no reflection on Dr. Pulido's "bedside manner", I started as a patient in June, and have had 4 visits since, Dr. Pulido has been very patient and concerned about my overall care.

Dr Pulido has a great bedside manner. He is a patient listener and tries to understand your health in the context of your behaviors/life and not as just a particular illness that needs to be cured. He personally called me to discuss lab results after office hours. The only negative to report is that I've had difficulty working with his office to bill my insurance company United Healthcare. His office states they don't accept UHC but UHC lists his office as a provider. Until this misunderstanding is fixed, I will not be able to use him as my physician.
