My 99 year old grandfather is currently dying, and has been at home on fluids for the past 10 days because he is having trouble swallowing due to Parkinson's. Dr Julis ordered tests be done on Wednesday and said he would call with results before the weekend. My mom called the office on Friday morning and the message was that Dr. Julis is gone for the weekend, wait til Monday or call the ER. In the meantime my grandfather is now having seizures and Dr Julis is taking a long weekend. This is NOT the first time this has happened with this doctor- no response and no sense of urgency. We've tried to convince the family to change doctors but for whatever reason it hasn't happened. So the options now are keep my grandpa comfortable at home or take him out in the pouring rain to the ER. Thanks Dr. Julis!!
