Afternoon visit was a little more waiting but the staff was exceptional and all my questions were answered so it was well worth the time.

Went to see Dr. Klemmer for a spider vein treatment. She noticed a black freckle on my leg and suggested we remove it and send it for pathology. Turned out to be malignant melanoma. So glad she found it, I never would have suspected anything from such a benign looking freckle. I'm very grateful to her.

I waited in the lobby for over an hour past my appointment. She was not very competent and did not apologize for the tardiness. She had no interest in listening to my skin issue and seemed to be more interested in dispensing prescriptions.

Dr. Klemmer seemed to be in a hurry when she saw me. She didn't offer much help or direction for my skin problem, she just offered a prescription. Her "assistant" seemed to be more compassionate, a better listener and more knowledgeable in trying to find a source for my skin problem.

As a new patient, I really enjoyed my visit with Dr. Klemmer. She is very knowledgable and seems to really care about the patient, and the patient's results. I have been to a few other dermatologists in the past, and Dr. Klemmer is by far the nicest, most patient, and most knowledgeable one I have been to yet. I look forward to seeing her again.
