Not at all impressed today with my visit. Simply stated, Dr. Ervin had a rude, flippant reply to my question. There is no excusing that.

Ability to diagnose is tops. Errs on the side of caution - will order tests to make sure nothing serious is going on. Answers all our concerns and will return phone calls at the end of the day. Our only concern is that he will retire. We love this guy.
