After several months of feeling exhausted, irritable, struggling with increased weight gain, being misunderstood, and misdiagnosed by other specialized physicians in the Kansas City metro, I sought out to find an expert physician to treat my issues. That expert, is Dr. Simmons. Dr. Simmons listens to me and created, as well as tweaks the individualized treatment plan for my symptoms and educates me on what i need to know about my diagnosis. I drive 200 miles round trip for his cutting-edge medical care. Dr. Simmons is extremely personable, allows time during my appointment to answer my questions. Dr. Simmons includes me in the decisions made for my health, and asks for my opinion. Not only does he treat my medical concerns, he has coached me in life lessons as well. I have lost 36 pounds under the care of Dr. Simmons, have much more energy, much less irritability and happy with life once again. Dr. Simmons is the best!!!!

Dr. Simmons charged myslef and my mother twice for same service, his billing service is very rude & hard to work with to get a refund. Please check this Dr.'s background, he had his license removed for sexual activity with patients and staff. This was on the tv news and in the Pittsburg Morning Sun Newspaper a few years back. You need to be aware of this and his way of continual appt.s.

wonderful doctor!! I can't say enough good things. Dr. Simmons helped me when no other doctors would listen. He took one look at my bloodwork and knew that I had been put on the wrong medication. Within 4 days of changing my medicine I was back on the road to feeling like myself. He is very understanding and caring when you are feeling your worst. He promised me he would give me my life back, and he has.

Dr. Simmons is very personable and professional. Willing to answer any & all questions. He genuinely cares and wants the best for his patients and is understanding. Is always honest and upfront and has a good sense of humor.
