This doctor took time to evaluate my problem correctly and has been there for me ever since!

He was so rude and dismissive. I will never go back to him and would rather have no doctor than deal with someone who is so disrespectful. I waited over a year to see him and it was a huge waste of time. I met with him, went through my history and he suggested all the same things I had just told him did not work in the past. He insisted I try again and come back in 6 months. More time wasted. At the next visit, he told me there was nothing else to try. What a waste of my time and energy! Do not bother with him. Find a doctor who actually cares.

I have been seeing Dr. Sebastian for almost 10 years. He is mostly on time but it wouldn’t bother me if I had to wait for him as he is worth it. He is a very knowledgeable doctor and very caring. He took the time today to review my records for other health issues I am experiencing. I really appreciated that. He is very efficient and maintains great records. I trust him with my lungs and grateful he is my doctor.

Best thing he ever did was to dismiss us and show us the door. His ego got in the way of being helpful. Thankfully my husband lived long enough to get a Pulmonologist that actually cared. Today he is doing well. No thanks to Dr Sebastian

Excellent Dr. He is the 2nd pulmonologist I have seen and way better than the 1st one. very personable, always spends the time to answer any questions I have. Easy to get into and easy to talk to. would give 10 stars if I could.

I appreciated the good Doctor's visit, while I was in the Robbins Pavilion 6E,
I went to the emergency at the Royal Alex, complaining of coughing up blood March 29, I stayed in Emerge for 24 hours, then on March 30, I was moved to to the Robbins Pavilion, and he became my Dr.

I have been a patient of Dr.Sebastin for the last 6 years. He help figure out why i was so sick and quickly found solutions for me. He is a caring doctor and excels in his area of expertise. His office staff are cordial, kind and patient. Dr . Sebastian is an excellent specialist and i highly recommend him. Sometimes he runs a little behind but it isn’t that bad. His office is very busy for obvious reasons.

Dr. Sebastian is arrogant and dismissive. He does not invite or accept any kind of professional dialogue and becomes quickly offended by any questions. Disappointed with this professional.

After meeting him for the first time in July 2019, he never even listened to my husbands lungs who had a massive PE in June and is having a very difficult time breathing. He stated to come back in 3-4 to see him. At that appointment last week, he told my husband that he couldn’t do anything for him, never even listened to his breathing and told him that his opinion was that he didn’t have an opinion. He also told my husband to get another opinion.

We now have to wait however long again to see a pulmonary specialist again.

I will be reporting him to the College of Physicians and Surgeons.
