Dr. Donaldson was not helpful at all while I was in the hospital. She did not seem to know what was the matter, but did not refer me to another neurologist even though I told her about MS in my family. She did not investigate that possibility. I have had to go over an hour away to get proper neurological workup and care.

Competent, caring individual. Listens, thorough. Dances to her drummer, refers to local hospital bit practice tends alone, makes a difference.

Even if it is discovered that the affliction/illness that you have is not related to neurology, Dr. Donaldson is not someone who will push you out the door. She is willing to look into whatever she thinks might be the problem and get as much information as she can. Not only does this help the patient but I believe that it also helps her and that is a win/win situation for all. I highly recommend Dr. Donaldson to anyone before they consider another neurologist. Very relaxed atmosphere, she's very knowledgeable and willing to listen and HELP. Rare these days but consistant in her office.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this woman. She knows her specialty, makes you feel comfortable, she actually listens when you explain something to her and there is no BS involved at all. She tells you the way it is. Dr. Donaldson does what she says she is going to in a timely manner whether it be speaking with other doctors, ordering tests and returning phone calls when she has information for you or to see what medications are or not doing. I would recommend her to EVERYONE. If it were not for her I believe that I would not be here today. She really takes charge when she feels that she has to and that is one of the best qualities about her. She's the best.
