Awful doctor! Did not want to spend any time listening to the problem. Very arrogant and full of himself.

Terrible doctor! I don't usually think of Canadian doctors as concerned about profit, but Dr. Smith seems much more interested in his lucrative dermatology business than actually practicing as a GP. I'm surprised that he's still allowed to practice medicine. Impatient and unwilling to make referrals -- you're better off at a walk-in clinic.

Dr Smith is an excellent doctor. He is kind and patient. While he is very busy he never rushes me, always takes time to listen to my concerns and makes referrals as necessary. He never diminishes the effect my mental illness has on my life. I am very grateful to have had him as my doctor for close to 20 years.

He should close his office as a caring Doctor and focus on what he is clearly more interested in....BOTOX!

With all respect, Dr. Smith is an amazing Doctor who has a real talent in the art of lip injections, not only is he compassionate and caring but also honest with expectations. He is very knowledgable and took the time to sit with me and really discuss what I was looking for. After having the best lip augmentation with Dr. Smith, I can reassuringly say I will never have another Doctor besides Dr. Smith touch my face. Office staff was very kind and a pleasure to deal with, Staff was able to fit me into the last appointment of the day with less then 5 hours of notice on a busy Friday. Overall I am extremely pleased with the results and I would gladly recommend him to friends and family.

Sad to say, he seems distracted and confused lately! Save yourself and go to someone who listens and cares!

Always in a rush, I feel he has no time to fully listen to my issues, even though I wait needlessly in his overcrowded waiting room.

Been seeing dr smith for 12 yrs !!!! One word - the best !!!!! Staff is great also !

Dr smith has been my family doctor since I was born and has been caring for my family for 20 years, I feel privileged to be one of his patients as I know I am receiving the best care there is to offer. He takes time for everyone and really makes you feel important. Highly respect and recommend
