Dr Alladin is one of the best pain management doctors I have ever had the pleasure to treat me. He treats patients through a combination of injections, medications and hands on therapies after discussing terms of treatments with the patient. I consider any treatment from Dr Irfan Alladin to be a gift. His bedside manner and his discussion of treatments with patients are outstanding. Dr Alladin’s magic lamp certainly proves to help alleviate pain. The staff make you feel as if you are their only patient, they assist you in dealing with questions and concerns.

I can hardly wait for him to come back to work since COVID 19 pretty much shut down almost everything in the New York/New Jersey area...including doctor’s offices.

This is the worst pain management dr I have ever seen. He is strictly a needle jockey. He doesn't communicate with his patients. It takes all day to be seen. He makes decisions without the patients concent. If you are in severe pain, I recommend going someplace else. I'm not getting into the other issues but there are more problems.

This doctor is the greatest dr. I've experienced in 53 yrs I'm almost speechless to explain the experience I've had with him his caring nature & ability/knowledge of pain management is remarkable after ur exam & results from test he knows ur issues & how to treat them as if u were his only patient he remembers ur case by heart as I said with numerous issues he has made my condition better when nobody else could he works closely with his staff constantlyaking sure that u have been treated good by his staff which is also a remarkable group from receptionists 2 nurses 2 office people you are treated as if you were family & he oversees this every time you see him he ask how you've been treated this man should receive an outstanding doctor award which that nor money is his main concern getting you to feel & function is his main concern..anyone that has back issues & doesn't feel like there's much hope for their condition needs to give him a chance & I guarantee 150 0/0 satisfaction the only thing is the wait time but is still worth it after the care youll receive this doctor will pull out his cell phone & make calls to get you help from other doctors or if you experienced any hiccup in anything it us handle on his cell in front of you immediately & he is a very busy man my insurance isn't accepted @ -this time but will change asap I need him back asap my condition is going backwards without his treatment & that should be mentioned also a couple of months without him & my condition has went 3yrs backwards because of not having & maintaining treatments.The best thing that ever has happened in my life was to go under the care of this doctor & with different locations some not close he makes sure u get transportation which his staff handles & well @ that.He makes sure your treated like & you feel like a VIP & when your in pain & your body doesn't function that means a lot however after you start his treatment plan you will feel & function better. So please do yourself a favor & try this doctor.. his knowledge of your body & how & when he treats you is remembered off the top of his head.thankful to have met him sloop sorry my insurance isn't accepted however I'm gonna call cuz he will personally make sure I'm not just left without him or best care he can refer ill bet on this, although I don't want anyone else when I had a surgeon who preformed a surgery on me he postponed his appointment to make sure I was in good hands unbelievable right.

Dr. Alladin is amazing! I use to see Dr. Newsome in San Diego, Ca and ge fixed my lower back after my 1st accident. I never thought I would find another doctor like him. Then almost 3 yrs ago I got hit by a truck as a pedestrian and it messed my upper back up. When I moved up here I never thought I find a doc I liked but I did. Dr. Alladin and his staff are wonderful. They make you feel like your there only patient. And I'm already set up to have a surgery to start to fix me. Its the same one that started the path to fix my lower back so I'm anxious and excited. In the mean time he has me on pain medication that works and allows me to enjoy my family and my life. Before Dr.Alladin I couldn't hardly get out of bed and I was so depressed from hurting all the time. Now thanks to him I feel like I'm living again and when he's done with me I won't need medication and I will be able to continue enjoying my family, my husband, my kids, my life!

I have been a patient for 4 years. I have been getting injections and epidurals. I still see Dr. Al twice a week and get several prescriptions for painkillers. I started off with percoset, now I am on a high dose of a pain killer that I am to ashamed to reveal. How come I the procedures don't work and I get more and more pain killers? I am unemployed and I if I have to go for a drug test for a new job, what am I supposed to say? I look like an addict! Will Dr. Al write a letter that I am dependent on narcotics, epidurals and shots in order to function? Who will hire me? I'm going for a second opinion to another pain mangement specialist to see what he has to say about this medical treatment plan. My friend went first and said what is going on here isn't good.

office staff is very rude and disorganized.. dr Irfan Alladin himself not very professional and clean. it feel like he dont takecare of personal hygiene. no manners on how to deal with pateints with choronic pian. he only cares about money money and more money.

Dr Al is an awesome doctor. I went to another pain management doctor before him and that group discharged me from their care because I wasn't getting enough shots from them. I could not take the shots they gave me because it would put me in more pain. I looked for pain doctors and no one would take me because I didn't have a diagnosis. But Dr. Al took me in like a stray. I have had shots with him and do not have any pain afterwards. The shots help for several weeks which is much more than I ever had with any other doctor. His wait time is horrendous. I've been in his office for as long as 4 hours at one time. In fact sometimes I leave in tears because I end up being in more pain after waiting so long. His staff are a bunch of scatter brains. Some are real good though. In all Dr. Al is an excellent physician and is really knowledgeable. You can talk to him about anything and he knows so much more.
