Dr Ure is now an employee of John Muir Medical (HMO) and practices HMO medicine. It is very difficult to get a referral to a specialist, especially a specialist who is not a John Muir HMO employee. Dr Ure is a good Dr, but now has to listen to those who sign his paycheck.
