This place is ridiculous. I don't know how many people are actually working if their short handed or what but it's at least a 2 or 3 hour wait no matter what. I've been here several times when my regular doctor was closed but must be dying to go

I will never go back to this clinic. I was so congested my voice was gone. I was seen for less than 2 minutes by a nurse practitioner and she said that there was no need in testing me for anything because nursing mom's cannot take any medication. The Academy of Pediatricks disagrees, as does my primary care physician. I only went to Sherwood because my regular clinic was closed. And, the waiting room was filthy and all of the chairs were badly stained!

He is a very caring di ctor. He fought with my insurance to get me in for a mammogram to see if I had cancer when I was 35. I did have breast cancer and now I am two yrs cancer free.

I rarely get to see Dr. Sherwood. Nurse practitioners are very arrogant. They have no ideal what their talking about. I've waited 2 hrs. I've gone there since they've opened but will not be going back!

Excellent care. They were busy but spent time needed. Can't say enough good things about them.

I went in for minor soreness and swelling, which was very warm to the touch on my right knee. The warmness should indicate some sort of fever/infection. They tried their best to sell/prescribe me a knee brace and pain pills and push me out the door. This was all from a nurse practitioner. Only when I demanded, did they do blood work, which resulted in me being prescribed antibiotics and a visit from a doctor (not Dr. Sherwood). Granted, there was a full waiting room and they want to see as many patients as possible, but I waited my 1.5 hours to be seen. They need to do better about listening to the patients and properly diagnosing them. I will never visit any of their clinics again.

Clinic staff were very friendly. Dr. Sherwood was very friendly and caring. Took excellent care of my daughter. Even did IV in house to assist in her recovery.

I think Sherwood Urgent Care is a very nice and convenient place. Dr Sherwood is very caring and he has super nurses. It is a wonderful alternative to the ER. I have been there several times and some times the nurse practitioner or assistant had to see me but the doctor would also come in later. I have always received excellent care and if he had samples of my medicine available he always gives it to me. I have also seen Dr Tedesco there and he is really nice too. Searcy needs more caring doctors like Dr Sherwood and his staff!
